MfC........Breakfasts 
Throughout the year we come together on a Saturday morning at St Luke’s to share a full English together (£4 on the day) followed by an inspiring, and sometimes challenging, short talk by some invited guests. We eat at 9am, followed by the talk, finishing no later by 11am.
 
This is a great event for someone who is open to understanding a little more about the Christian faith.
  
  •         12th May - Dan Tansey of Christians Against Poverty (CAP)
    Our speaker on the 12th is Dan Tansey from Christians Against Poverty (CAP). Dan is now the coordinator overseeing an area that incorporates our own CAP centre here at St Lukes Church. Dan will be sharing his own story of coming to faith and how his eventual involvement in this fantastic ministry changed his life. Scary times, uplifting times, and incredible stories of Gods unconditional love, the love we receive from God, shared in the community through the work of CAP. Bring your mates to hear the reality of Christian faith in the community

MfC........at Play
 
The MfC are planning to enjoy more events this year when we just get together and do.....stuff.       
 
Those that have been before will know that these are great for spending time having a laugh with your mates. All are welcome, and there is NO obligation to do any activity, just come along and be part of it.  
 
As ever, we encourage you to 'bring a mate' who would not normally come along to church, so, save the dates and start thinking who you will invite! 
 
 
 
Water Sports Beach Party 
 
Sat 7th July 2012  (1.30pm to 4.30pm, cost to be confirmed)
 
                
Yes, the Mfc water sports beach party returns! An afternoon of mucking about on the water, followed by a BBQ and a beer.
