Chris is a Licensed Lay Minister at St Luke’s, with responsibilities that include leading and preaching in Sunday worship, and overseeing Homegroup Ministry. She also supports the Chelmsford Diocese in teaching, preaching and mentoring. 

Previously, as an adult educator, she was the Director of her own company, working as a diversity and inclusion consultant in colleges and universities across England.
